Is it normal for social activity to make you tired?

I was working on my daily project today and it was a couple of hours and I wasn't tired at all and then I join a zoom group and within half an hour I'm so tired I have to leave and sleep. I used to go up to my bedroom to rest during long holiday parties at my house when my parents were hosting their friends cause my brain was tired after hours of conversation.

Is it normal for social activity to make you tired?
