What's your favorite thing to see during the holiday season?

There's a fantastic display of Moravian stars that I absolutely love, but there are also a million little spots and treats to enjoy this time of year.

What's your favorite?

I like going to a performance of the Nutcracker and watching the little kids dance. I like going to the mall and watching the kids on Santa's lap. I like drinking the Barnie's White Christmas coffee. I love the midnight service on Christmas Eve at my church. I like seeing the meal on Christmas Day, waiting to be devoured. I like baking desserts a few days before Christmas. I like seeing the look in my wife's eyes when I give her the special Christmas gift (ruby or emerald pendant this year.)

My house decorated for Christmas.

@DishLady Going to South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, and see the decorations around the mall, in the stores, and the Carolers that stroll through the mall. This Mall is one of my favorite places to visit.

I'd have to say the snow and walking around in it, in the woods. Just listening to nature or just complete silence.

Nah, it's peaceful. I like it. We used to do winter hikes when I was a kid. I miss them.
