I should let her go and move on?

So, I have been seeing the girl for two months. Prior to us dating, she was in a really abusive relationship for 5 years where the guy beat her up, cheated on her and never showed her respect.

A month us dating I started falling for her, time went by but i got very suspicious that they resumed contact. I asked her but she only told me they are just friends until i saw him post her on instagram.

Now its Christmas time, we spend the Christmas day together made up and hooked up and all of a sudden she says she is going to meet her friend. I realised later she went to her ex, from my point of view I think they are slowly getting back together.

yesterday she came to my place and was all sweet and promised me that she will be with me on new year’s eve. I called her and texted once but got ignored. Later her ex posted a pic together. One plus one equals two.

she lied and i mean nothing to her. The sad thing is she bought us a similar present for Christmas. I feel insulted after asking her why she bought me the same gift as him. She denied the claim.

She says she really likes me but love another but she knows i am in love with her.

I have decided to go no contact and protect my heart but the issue we live in the same building so chances are there we will meet almost daily.

How can i keep a distance from her even if I know at least once a day i will bump into her?
