is served a certain way yes, if served a certain way, no. ground beef won't kill you if you don't overeat. i go to in-n-out this is what I get double meat no cheese, protein style,... Health & Fitness

letting fruit soak in water will just allow them to absorb more water over a long period of time. thats what smoothie places do when they claim to use real fruit, they soak everything in water... Health & Fitness

Is it really ever a good idea to wake up at 4am to start eating a small breakfast before going to my MMA gym at 5am to start?

in my experience, it's better to not eat anything hardy at least 1h 30m before training. if i were you, i'd just load up on a protein shake and eat afterwards Health & Fitness

if you go to one of those self-tester units at a drug store or some shit they have a general chart written out for you what is considered good and bad. Health & Fitness

2 lbs a week? ughhh... hmm.. I would advise 1 lbs a week, but the way to go about losing weight in a healthy manner, exercise everyday if you can, as long as you're not damaging your body/joints,... Health & Fitness
