my weight gain is due to several things
1. I have been on steroid based drugs all my life for asthma
2. I am diabetic and the insulin I take makes you put on weight
3. Injury's and diabetic complications make it hard to exercise
4. Now I lack the motivation, and need help to get it back.

If you have hypothyroidism you can tend to be easier to gain weight then the average joe but not 100 pounds. Your point is correct its they don't take care of themselves and they eat shit. I was born with it and I am relatively fit.
