Excuse implies bullshit in my book. There’s no such thing as a good excuse, because an excuse is an : attempt to lessen the blame for or justify one’s actions. There can be good reasons, but not good excuses. As for the it’s not cheating thing, no that’s bullshit. Once she accepted the mans proposal and entered into the fiancée phase of the relationship commitment became implied. Fiancée comes from French, and roughly translated it means to be married. If this were a man who did this no one would be asking this question, everyone would say yes he definitely cheated. Now there is an important distinction here, she cheated however she did not commit adultery as they were not yet married. And yes it is her body and she can do whatever she wants with it, that doesn’t mean she can avoid the consequences of her choices.

Asker+1 yWhy... it was before marriage.. n in the past.. even though only one day before.. still in past.. n marriage starts from the day of marriage.. not even a second before.. so no husband has right to complain even if their wife has threesomes the day before wedding, coz its in the past.. n if a husband complains then he is insecured , dominant or loser

So your telling me people don’t have the right to break up with their boyfriend or girlfriend because they cheated on them? That happens all the time. And what’s this bullshit about it being “in the past” people are punished for crap they did in the past all the time. If I murdered someone I would not be able to avoid going to jail by saying it’s in the past. Past actions create future consequences, that’s the nature of the world. Literally everything is in the past, right after I click the send button this message will be in the past. Cheating isn’t only bad inside the confines of marriage, it’s the most common cause of couple breakup worldwide. Cheating is just bad, and anyone who pulls that kind of shit should expect to be dumped on their ass.
Asker+1 yBut its seen as a common excuse in relationships... where number comes
Asker+1 yWhats the big deal if she still sleeps with her exes (with whom she already slept thousands of times before and they already saw and used all her parts n so she has nothing to hide from them as they already saw all her parts thousands of times)
- +1 y
It’s not the fact that she slept eight them, although that would trouble me as well. It’s the fact that she cheated; especially the night before the Fucking wedding. If you can’t trust her to do the right and decent thing the night before you make the biggest commitment of your lives you can’t trust her at all. The big deal is the betrayal of trust, again engaged implies commitment, it implies that there is no one else. I don’t know exactly what your problem is here, but I get the feeling your trying to justify your own actions by presenting a similar scenario. News flash cheating is a horrible thing to do regardless of the circumstances, there are no excuses for it. It will never be the right thing to do. It’s the act of desperate despicable people who can’t be happy with what they have.
Asker+1 yBut they were not married till then n vows were not taken.

u +1 yYes her body is hers and she can do anything with it. But long before the marriage, she promised someone that they would be faithful to each other. She violated her promise. If she had married me, I would immediately file for divorce. This is a preview of what lies in store for her husband.

Asker+1 yBut yes in the name of modernism, the common excuse "past is past, and she married the husband and noth the exes, etc... are ready to be used in such situations
- +1 y
"he common excuse" Cheaters always have an excuse but their excuses need not be accepted.
Asker+1 yBut people support them in modern era
- +1 y
Most people do not accept excuses from cheaters.
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yWTF, of course that's cheating? was she meeting her husband the day of the wedding or were they together as a couple/partners/boyfriend-girlfriend before marriage. If it was a married on the day you met type of situation then it can pass as not cheating but if they were together before the wedding day then that is CHEATING!
Asker+1 yYes... but many supports that past is past... and the relationship only counts from the day of marriage when the oaths are taken... n before that past is past... the modern excuse
Opinion Owner+1 yPffff... Bogus. If that's so then anyone who is in a committed relationship with a boyfriend or girlfriend should also always cheat with whoever they want since the only thing that matters is the first day of marriage. And i guess that means anyone who is not married even if they are in a 10 year committed relationship can just sleep with their exes or have any random from the club because they are not married. This sounds like the dumbest thing in the world. OF course it's cheating how can someone lay it down with an ex and then the next day get married to the "Love of their Life" , yeah right you don't really love the person if it was so easy for you to lust after someone else less than 24 hours ago. It's not the past lol that happened during the span of time when they had made a commitment of getting married to someone. They knew in their mind that tomorrow is my wedding to "so and so" but decided to fuck around the night before the wedding? Oh Helllllll Noooo RED FLAG they don't love the person they are marrying and 100% is very very likely to cheat many times again and again with the ex or other people while they are in the super real and important/valued marriage. Nope sounds like that bride didn't like the man who was gonna be her husband and still felt love in her heart for her ex. So why get married then? That's cowardly. Period.
Asker+1 yWhats the problem? The wife might have slept with many partners before him... so whats the problem if she still has some with her exes... as they already knew her body and she has nothing to hide from them
Opinion Owner+1 yu must be trolling. I'm DONE.
None of that makes any sense. So she can say anything she wants. It is her body and her choice. That is different from saying the marriage should continue or that she was faithful to her fiancé.

Asker+1 yHow was it unfaithful... it was a day before the wedding ( before marriage ) or in the padt? And according to modern people past is past.. n marriage laws only starts from the day of marriage not even a second before..
+1 yLol of course not. Unless the couple had an agreement that they could have sex with others until they got married it’s absolutely still cheating.

Asker+1 yAnd what about the excuse "it was in the past and before marriage?" And past is past, and till the day before wedding, the vows were not taken"... no there was no such agreement, othereise such problem won't arise
- +1 y
So did you or didn’t you have expectations prior to marriage that you both wouldn’t have sex with others.
Asker+1 yWho cares about expectations now a days... yes it hurts when one has to desl with such things... but again now a days people considers changing partners as good thing
- +1 y
I care about expectations. I care that the things/ standards I discuss & agree to with my partner are respected & followed. If they can’t respect me I would find it hard to appreciate their love for me
Asker+1 yYes thats fine.. I too have expectations... but the thing is majority takes changing sexual partner as a good thing... and if it effect their future partners then they say 'past is past' as a readymade excuse... as if it is a good excuse to have difernt physical partners
- +1 y
We all choose our own standards we don’t choose to accept what others might. Choose for yourself
Asker+1 yRighyly said... many will support that lifestyle as that interst them
- +1 y
Maybe so but I never have & certainly won’t now. You need to make a choice of what you think is right or wrong not what others choose
Asker+1 yYes right

+1 yHer excuse justified? Hell NO! She was still engaged the day before her wedding! An engagement still brings a level of promise to remain faithful to the one you plan to marry.
So no, her excuse is NOT justified.
As for the past is past kind of ideas, that pretty much applies ONLY to what happened BEFORE she and I met, not after she and I got married.04 Reply
Asker+1 yYou said"As for the past is past kind of ideas, that pretty much applies ONLY to what happened BEFORE she and I met, not after she and I got married..."
Thats it... so before the day of the wedding they were not married... so it applies here...
And whats the problem if she still sleeps with her exes now just before marriage, as they already might have slept thousands of times together and might have done all positions... n he (exes) already knows what she has.. n she has nothing to hide from him (exes)... So whats the problem? If the husband did'nt mind it before then why should he mind now? As still he is not married to her (ie the day before wedding)?- +1 y
As I said, she was engaged the day before the wedding. There is an implied promise to remain faithful to a BF/GF while they're dating, and especially once they get engaged, and absolutely after they're married.
If she can't keep her legs from spreading the day before marriage, what makes ANYONE believe she would afterward. That's part of dating too - to PROVE to your intended you care enough to place them above others. In your scenario, that absolutely didn't happen. If I found out she did that the day before our wedding, I'd divorce her.
Asker+1 yIf any man divorces his wife for such reasons (i. e sleeping with exes before marriage), then people will instead call him insecured, dominant and loser... as it was before the vows were taken... so according to them its not a big deal...
- +1 y
It would be a big deal for me and many others too. You asked a Q, and I gave my opinion. If you disagree, fine. That's not how I would treat that situation.
+1 yThat means she never fall her husband (then groom) at all.
He can still divorce right away. No excuses03 Reply
Asker+1 yBut many will support the wife, calking her acts as before marriage acts... and past events... while marriage starts from the day of marriage not anything before that.. not even a second before... and also many will say that before marriage her body was hers and she can do anything with it.. n if the husband complains then they will instead call him insecured and loser
- +1 y
Those people are the same ones that shouldn't date. A marriage starts of as a date, progresses as a relationship (this is similar to a job interview and cheating at that stage means you to be a potential candidate for marriage) and lastly engagement.
Asker+1 yYes... but thats how people thinks in modern era.. as if it is a contract
+1 yNo. Her excuse is not even remotely justified.
In my opinion16 Reply
Asker+1 yWhy? It was in the past... n before marriage even though it only one day before... but its still before marriage... and as per the new modern world, past is past and marriage begins from the day when oaths are take.
N so everyone can sleep around even a second before the oaths are taken... sounds fully justified...- +1 y
I see this as foolish, rubbish really... If one is seeking to "marry" then there has been, at some point, an obvious notion of commitment. Betrayal of said commitment is unacceptable.
I do not believe in marrage so i wouldn't be married in the first place. Nonetheless if im in a relationship with someone then im committed and the other must be as well unless otherwise agreed upon there shall be no effort to create nor maintain any other intimacy with anybody of the opposite sex. Pure and simple.
Asker+1 yWhat about the dialogue "past is past, "she married him not her exes with whom she slept the day before wedding", "its her body so she can do whatever she wants n if the hisband complains then he is insecured, dominant n loser"
- +1 y
That in my opinion.. is a trash, bs dialogue.
Not only ones body but oneself as a whole should have the utmost respect for ones partner. Regardless what day of the relationship it is.
In my opinion its necessary and sexy when man is dominant but flexible and compassionate in a relationship.
Asker+1 yThats clear from your point...
Even though many will support those acts done by the wife the day before wedding and term it as past... n before marriage- +1 y
Yes. I have my own beliefs, prospectives, and morals.

Asker+1 yWhy, ... many says past does'nt matter... when one complains about wife's past... then many gives that readon
Asker+1 yReason... yes
Asker+1 yAnd if someone complains about wife's past.. then he is called insecured, dominant and loser
- +1 y
No if she slept with another guy or guys on her wedding night I think something is wrong with her head.. if you truly love someone you wouldn't do that... least I wouldnt!
Asker+1 yIts the day before the wedding night... not on wedding night
- +1 y
Still I would devorse him if it happened to me
Asker+1 yYes.. fine... but then the modern people will call you insecured, loser and dominant for divorcing and not keeping the vows to stay together in bad situations
- +1 y
Dont care people can call me whatever they please I dont give a shit... I have my own mind for a reason so they can go fuck themselves and him too while they are at it.. no shits given
Immediate divorce. Its still cheating

Asker+1 yBut what about the concept "past is past and it has no impact on presdnt, unless STD's are involved... so here Std's are not involved so she was free to fo that

Asker+1 yIt was in the past... n before marriage.. so how
- +1 y
They were engaged at the time. If you are getting married the next day to someone you do not have sec with someone else. She'll cheat during the marriage and have a pathetic excuse for that. The guy that lets her get away with that is a pathetic weakling
Asker+1 yBut what about those supporters who will say that the husband should not mind because...
1. they were not married till then
2. Marriage vows starts from the day of marriage not before that.
3. She chose him to get married, not the ex with whom she slept the day before
4. Its her body and so she can do whatever she wants, and the husband should not mind unless STD's are involved., etc
So you can see such common excuses- +1 y
They are all BS and anyone who makes those excuses for her is an idiot.
+1 yno. its cheating.

they are engaged to be married, that is already on a level of commitment and in a serious relationship
Asker+1 yBut still people say, when a husband complains about his wifes past... then they ask him to get past it and also says that past is past, and atlast she married him not the exes, and the marriage vows starts only from the day of marriage, not even a second before it.
So if that is true, then it is not cheating as they were not married till that day and she only slept with her exes (with whom she might have already slept with them thousands of time n they already saw every parts of her and she has nothing to hide from them (exes))... and if the husband can forget her past from her exes some days before, then he can also forget it even if she slept with her day before marriage- +1 y
