Is it ok to ask my boyfriend what his two previous weddings were like or would it be bad to ask since the marriages ended.

You need to know everything about this guy if you want to marry him, and it's ESPECIALLY important considering he's already failed in marriage twice. Personally I wouldn't even bother dating him, but you do you.

I'm just thinking of if we got married one day I wouldn't want to have our wedding to be similar to the past ones I guess and I don't know would it be better to know now rather than waiting till were planning the wedding?

I would definitely discuss it if you plan to be his 3rd wife. Even a marriage made after high school has insight about how he handles stress, difference of opinion, conflicting demands, deadlines etc.
