Get to the root of the problem and try to understand it's cause. Opt for a couple counselling and try to ignite things. Try to understand why exactly there is a lack of intimacy, is it because you don't find each other attractive or is it some sexual problem.
If you don't find each other attractive, then of course leave.
If there's a sexual problem, try to find options around it, if nothing at all works, then leave.
I've been through it. It's a hard choice to leave on the basis of sex, but it IS impory and a very important part and desire of life. I realised I took the right decision after I did.
