Do you mean prenuptial agreement?

I get to keep my house and any property/real estate I end up owning.
I get to keep all of my money, accounts, financial assets.
I keep all vehicles with my name on them.
I keep any pets that I bought.
I keep all of my entertainment (gaming stuff, board games and video games, computer, TVs, movies, music, etc.)
I keep all of my furniture, appliances, tools, etc.
I keep all of my childhood items. (Yes I stored most of the stuff I had as a kid and still have it in good condition.)
I keep all of my personal items/gifts given to me over the years from my students.
I keep all of my own jewelry.
I keep all of my firearms and related items/ammo, etc.
Pay no alimony.

I would include equal custody of children, but that isn't legally binding in a prenuptial agreement because they aren't legally viewed as assets/property.
Is I did have kids and someone tried to steal majority custody from me she should expect death regardless of the consequences. Equal custody only.

Cheating on me is automatic forfeiture for her of any of the assets I came to the marriage with plus 6% annually for every year we were married.
She is not allowed to gain more than 10 lbs per decade of our marriage. Failure to do so may result in termination of marriage at my discretion.

None. You do not do such things if you are in love and, unless you are in love, you should not be married.

I’m in the US. No point of a contract here. US courts dissolve and dismiss prenups routinely.
