I am, yes. 23 years in. I am not going to lie and tell you that every minute of every one of those years was bliss. But the average of all those minutes is great happiness and we've been really happy for about the last 11 years more than any other time. Which, if you think about it, makes sense. You learn the stupid stuff and know how to avoid it. Marriage also is a marathon not a sprint. There are times of joy and times of pain. There are two other pieces of this. First, marriage involves love. Love doesn't mean that anger and hurt and frustration and dislike and other bad stuff doesn't exist. It transcends and overarches those. It exists in spite of those. Like the keel of a ship. You can have a hole in the hull but the keel keeps it all together. The other thing is that, if you think about it, NOTHING in life is full time happiness. Not jobs, kids, money, food, friends -- NOTHING. So neither should marriage be. And that's good! We should see that as liberating because you can then get past whatever it is.
Anyway, sorry for going long but the answer to your great question is yes.
