But if you mean a married woman other than his wife, it might depend on the circumstances. Could be inappropriate flirting, but it could also just making her feel good if she is having a tough time

Sometimes he is just trying to make her feel better. I think it very many should tell their woman they are beautiful that is in the positive side. I guess it depends on how well you know your man and how you react to it as well
