I don't know but as a kid we used to hear whoever will lick off food from the main container (not the plate which u put food in but the one in which its cooked in), he will have rain on wedding day 😂😂😂😂

Probably not, as its too many things to arrange and handle, also would cost a lot.

No. You suck it up. If you do postpone it don't expect everyone to invited to attend. An outdoor wedding will always have a weather risk.
