on Facebook he will quite often post pictures of this family including his wife and writes I am so thankful for my beautiful wife and kids etc yet when he is at work he tries to give me unwanted attention, like is he just playing around to see my reaction and really does love his wife or he has something else in mind

It could be either one. some flirt for fun , some do it for sex. Has he had office affairs, if not it could be all in fun. I often flirted with workers , I was single though. If they flirted back We were gonna meet for a date. i never did this after marriage at work. I talk to women all the time, I don't see it as flirting , they might though. I just like talking to women.
