Is it okay to do wife duties as a girlfriend or fiancé before marriage?

Such as the woman cooking and baking for her man and cleaning up after him. We are engaged but plan to get married. It’s not something I mind at all in fact. I used to cook and bake for exes in the past but I’ve never felt happy and secure doing it till I met him. This time it feels right😊

Every girl I've ever dated would do those things early in our relationship. It shows they are able to fulfill those types of duties. Girls invited me over to cook dinner for me or would come to my place to cook dinner and usually ended up cleaning my place. Then eventually they would buy little things for my place to give it a woman's touch. I think it's something that comes naturally to women and there is nothing wrong with it. I always thought that it was amazing of them to do those things and yes, it definitely made more attracted to them because it showed they were serious about our relationship.

Those are not wifely duties
Those are what any responsible adult does at home.

It does not matter who does them if things need to be done, they need to be done. If you want to do something extra for your partner, that’s fine too.

True I mean more so I’m doing it for him now too since we’re in a relationship and I guess I was so used to do doing it just for me so it feels a bit weird but also very sweet lol. And I plan to live with him so I’m getting used to it already haha.

These are traits of a good person. There is no rule, there is no specific title for when you should do them. Being a positive force in a relationship is a good thing at any stage.

We both have rings that show value of our love and commitment to each other so yeah but we’re not rushing too quickly into legally marrying but we know we’re the ones we wanna spend our lives with.
