Yes. Men need all the protection they can get. We need automatic “prenups” to protect them in marriage. Maybe include an expiry date? Free to walk away from all your commitments after say, 5 years?
We also need automatic DNA testing for all newborns, to ensure their loving wives are not really whores, because how would they know otherwise? 🙄

It's probably a good idea for non virgin men, since their inclination towards poor life choices and low morals makes them so high risk for divorce. It doesn't fix the problem, of course, which is stupidity. If men really wanted to just be successful in marriage then they would just not sleep around.

No, this should not happen, because it would give men a false sense of security.

Prenups are often nullified in divorce by Judges, and usually in favor of women. A man who relies on a prenup in a divorce is relying on a breakable contract and might have his life ruined as a result.

Yes it should because women marry for money and now we have no fault divorces it will be even worse. I don't know it works around the world but here in the UK it is possible for a woman years after the divorce settlement to claim half what the gets from new businesses or windfalls.

Prenups can be challenged in court. Prenups can be tossed out by a judge. Prenups are not a guarantee of anything.
