I wanna be a teen mom but so scared of my parents reaction, how will this happen?

i'm 18, and we wanna have a baby with my boyfriend, we dont even get married because we can't. our parents are gonna kill us but we wanna be teen parents and we are sure of that decision. if we have a baby, our parents can't change this and they will have to accept it but we can't get married without their permission. so first we want to have a baby and then will get married. this is our life and our decision. is it gonna be hard for us or what will we do if our parents will react harshly to us?

Girl, I totally get you wanting to start your own family, but think this through carefully before rushing into pregnancy. Here's my honest take:

- Your parents will likely freak out at first. It's a shock and they'll worry you're not ready yet. Give them time to process it once it happens.

- Be prepared for them to say you need to get married, go to college first, etc. Stand your ground but hear them out - anger rarely leads to solutions.

- Can you and your boyfriend financially support a baby? Do you have jobs with benefits, your own place? Parenthood is super expensive.

- Think about adoption or fostering kids too once settled. You have your whole lives ahead to have your own.

- Talk to your parents now, during calm moments. Explain your thoughts without blaming, see their concerns too. Compromise may help.

- Consider other options like long-term BC if you're dead-set on this. Revisit the idea in a couple years once more stable.

I know you want this sis, but really map it all out before making such a life-changing decision. Your future babies deserve the most stable start possible. Hope this gives you something to think on!

can't get married, but can have a baby? have to get permission to get married? lol what? i don't get it. why ruin a perfectly good brand new human's life by putting it through poverty? because that will happen. you two, and the baby, will lead a sad life and always struggle to get by. not even adults can afford kids these days. why ask us how your parents will react? i don't know them. a lot of the responsibility will be on them tho, since you don't really know what you're doing.

Yeah I'm not having this discussion. I shouldn't have replied to this troll question in the first place.
But just know that having a baby before you're mentally (mature enough) and economically prepared for it is pretty much child abuse, and putting responsibility on your parents for your own choices is a crappy thing to do too. It would be another thing if it was accidental or you were legitimately trying your best to provide a decent lifr for your child but were short on money, but you're doing this on purpose. It's your life and your choice but you're okay with using your family to cost for it right?
