I believe forced sex is wrong whether you are married or not. I personally wasn't married but I did live with him. I was stuck in an abusive relationship for 7 years, we lived far from my family so leaving wasn't easy no matter how badly I wanted to leave. As far as he was concerned I was his property and he could do with me as he wanted. The things I've experienced still haunt me years later and it's left me a very broken person. I imagine being raped once is bad enough but having to deal with it over a long period of time and not having any other choice but to put up with it because you're their "property" or because it's your duty as their wife to give sex whenever they want it is an extremely terrible thing. I'd say people who do that deserve nothing less than a slow painful death.

Yes rape often only effects the victim but a lot of hurt can spill over into other relationships and cause a lot of other problems. You would likely have a hard time trying to love and raise a child conceived through rap. Your loved ones would suffer from a lot of guilt from not being able to have protected you, and future relationships would suffer because you just don't feel safe anymore. Sure cheating causes a lot of damage to families and relationships, as well as the mental health of the people involved, I dont doubt that. But being forced into something you dont want, having your body taken away from you and being nothing more than someone else property, that's a special kind of hell.

All I really want to say is that those years and what I went through was truly awful but I was lucky that I managed to get out of it and although I still suffer today because of what happen, there are so many people out there who aren't as lucky and are still stuck in that situation and I feel so bad for them. If he force her for sex which is something wrong, the wife wouldn't see it as a rape because he is her husband but maybe would have zero feelings about it and a good wife will never say no to sex if there was no harsh reason which she will explain to her husband and ofc she will make it up for him later...

Rape is rape married or not, men do not own their wives bodies and women do not own their husbands. A healthy relationship and marriage is built on mutual love, respect, communication and consent as well as many other things. A women may "feel nothing" if she gives her husband sex when she doesn't want it once or twice but if it is something that happens over and over it leads to resentment. Porn exists for a reason, a wife is not solely responsible for her husbands pleasure. If a woman is permanently uninterested in sex then there is an issue that should be discussed and worked on together or in tharapy, but a woman or man does not owe sex to anyone and no one has the right to demand it. If a woman or man isn't in the mood for sex currently but is willing to aid their partner through oral or masturbation or some other method then by all means let them help their partner find pleasure, or if they know they might be in the mood later then offer to make it up to them but it needs to be their choice to do so. Sex should never be something you're forced to do or be your "duty" as a wife or husband to do. Those are simply outdated notions. As husband and wife you are equal partners with equal rights, you own your own body and your partner owns theirs. It is a privilege to have sex with your partner and to see them naked, not a right, because you do not own them. And honestly to me at least, it feels so much better knowing that my partner is giving themselves to me willing, because they want to have sex with me and not because they feel that they have to or that they owe me something.
