For example, are you affraid that your husband stops feeding you? Stops taking care of you? Kick you out of his house? Treats you like slave, or what?
Anonymous(45 Plus)1 yI have a very close friend, Judy. We have been friends since we were 12 and we are both 70 now and still in touch. Amazing huh?
She married into money when she was 20, and they are still married. She was a homemaker (not a house wife!).
She always had a beautiful house, brand new SUV, went on cruise ships to other countries, trips to Hawaii, the best food, nice clothes - the total package.
They are both Christian's and go to church frequently. They have 5 grandchildren and live in Reno, Nevada. Which is a beautiful area
In all of the year's we've been in touch she always seems just fine and never complained about her husband. They get along great! He is good to her and she gets anything she wants. He spoils her.
So, there was no toxic marriage there.
I think the difference is that they got married when there was no internet to feed their minds with a bunch of crap. They were young when they got married and people's values and core beliefs were different back in 1975.
Of course every marriage is different but this is my true life experience with a couple that made it last.
Of course his parents are very rich and he makes exceptionally good money selling bill boards in several states. Bill boards are much different now with new technology that makes them look great.
So, there you have it.
I on the other hand married a guy in the U. S. Navy and I had to work the whole time, full-time. But we were in love.01 Reply- 1 y
You do know that i'm a smart man right, i'm not only unique when it comes to my morals and values, also education, but i might have a sixth sense too π
I told you this, because i think that i know who is the woman behind the anonymous pink account hehe
I have a sharp memory, everything i read are being saved in my memory, if you ask me what happened back in 1989 when you were just a little 3 or 4 y. o kid, i can give you the events with details!
So after reading this story, i guess i know who you are but i'm just wondering why did you have to answer in an anonymous way?
Not all housewives have the chance to be rich like Judy, plus i'll never fall in love with a woman who is a gold digger, i want a woman who loves me and not a woman who loves my cash, plus i ain't a rich man, thank god i live day by day π

1 yIβm a housewife.. well sorta.
I work from home and I usually do the house stuff and he takes care of the outside stuff like groceries and general errands.
The only thing Iβm scared of is me pretending to chief it up in the kitchen and him saying heβs already eaten. But he usually let me know in advance if heβs having a long day.11 Reply- 1 y

it is the housewife that feeds the husband, not otherwise...
and if the husband can't find a meal when back home... he dies after three days13 Reply- 1 y
That's true but i meant like what if he stops bringing food to the house and he eats out or order a delivery just for himself...

1 yEverything is my fear being a housewife in today's world is really difficult I've lived that bullshit myself but thank god I'm out of that toxic relationship... i don't know there are real man still out there or not... who will do everything to protect the relationship 💔
These days they all want to have working women...

I'm sorry because you suffered from a toxic relationship, these days it's like we the good people do not have a place in this world and in this generation, also life ain't fair, i always question myself, why is it very hard for a good woman to meet a good man, it's always like if you're a good woman, you will fall for the bad guy and if you're the good guy than you will fall the bad girl!
A woman have the right these days to be affraid from becoming a housewife, if her man ain't a real loyal honest man than her life might become a living hell!
You know i always say that the sh*tty men of the past had brought the sh*tty feminazis in today's world, it's all about hate and revenge! - 1 y
There r involved in everything haram... You are totally correct but now I have to stand on my on feet I'm not a feminist or something I'm still that old-school girl but the situation is very difficult for me rn... I have to go out there in the real world being modest ofc.. can't stay at home because of the trauma and overthinking π
- 1 y
True! Be only with the one who deserves you, you have to know that you're a precious girl, which means only a precious man can have you π
I'm just curious to know if you are a muslim, because you said haram? - 1 y
Yess I'm muslim Alhumdulillah π
- 1 y
You're a good muslim, i'm a Christian man senorita, actually i smiled when you said (alhumdulillah) hehe
It's like if you were born in another religion, god will send you directly to hell ππ
If you believe in me, just say (alhumdulillah) because you're a good faithful lady!
- 1 y
No it's not like that but I'm proud so that's why I said it... even Christians hv mostly the same ideologies like Muslims... I'll tell you some other time... Actually everyone is born muslim... Plus I'm not senorita i just made up this name π
- 1 y
Everyone is born muslim? How? π€
Anyways, i know that senorita ain't your name, senorita is in Spanish which means miss in English hehe, but what shall i call you if i don't know you're real name, just called you with your nickname haha
Would you like me to introduce you to another superb wonderful muslim lady in here? π by the way are a muslim sunni or shiite? - 1 y
Senorita will be fine hereπ
I hv a nickname also but u can't pronounce it well π
Yess it will be my pleasure to meet her hereπ
It doesn't matter all r equal... well I'm a sunni - 1 y
She's a shiite, her origins is from Iraq but she lives in the U. K
In case you wanna get to know her, here's her name @LostandFound__x - 1 y

u 1 yin my opinion it's more of being so reliant on him for all my basic needs that if he did decide to leave me for any reason that I would be homeless with no job experience to speak of and possibly kids to care for. That's way too reliant to put all my life into.
I'd rather work and be self sufficient in case things do go south. Plus it's better to have two incomes these days with the way housing costs are and the price of groceries, etc.111 Reply- 1 y
Thanks for sharing, but everything is about trust, i mean of your husband is a trustworthy god fearing man, you know that he won't be able to do any of these, at all costs, just like you can't leave him without a meal or clean outfits and an arranged house...
You can be both fighting and not talking with each other but still he provides food and buynyour necessaties... etc plus you will make his meal ready on the table and take care of him until you both get along again and i'm sure it won't take a lot of time so you both get back together the way you both used to be, in the end at night, you will both need that kiss and hug plus smile to be able to sleep in comfort π - 1 y
Plenty of men claim to be those things until something better comes along, yes, even God-fearing ones. When men get that kind of power over a woman, some even use it as a form of abuse.
Let me ask you this, if the situation was reversed and the woman was making enough money to live comfortably and support you and a family, would YOU want to be trapped in the home all day cleaning and making dinner for her? - 1 y
I'm a man not a woman, which means men and women are different, i'm a real man who is traditional which means i can never imagine myself doing a woman's role!
BUT you might be right that plenty of men does say all these but in the end they fail and break their promises, these men aren't real men, take me for example, i never had and never will break the promises that i make no matter what comes along, even if this woman was 100 times better than my wife, idc!
My future housewife trusts me with her life and her life is my life, hurting her or dumping her means i'm killing myself, by the way you tell me what makes another woman better than my woman if i was married? π€
Will i destroy my family, destroy myself and make a sin in front of god, a big sin just for sex or something stupid, hell no π
My only peace and comfort will be in my future's wife arms... - 1 y
Honorable, but not shared by all men. There are men who simply want a housemaid and servant not a partner in life who is a partner in the relationship offering an equal share of the workload.
I disagree with men and women roles, however. There are men who are stay at home fathers who are no less man than you are. - 1 y
Maybe i don't know, in the end people are free right? I cannot order people what to do and they can't order me what to do, even if i have the power, i wouldn't use it because god gave us the freedom of choice, i respect other people's choices if it suits them!
Personally that's my choice!
You said it's honorable, sure it is, because that's how a real marriage works, you see no one is forcing me to get married, if i'm not able to love one woman forever and if i can't keep my promises than i'll simply stay unmarried, why would i destroy a girl's life and maybe our future children's lives? That's a horrible crime! - 1 y
On that we agree. That's why I'd never want to be put in that position. Not a lot of guys share your level of commitment
- 1 y
Believe me i know, all women tells me this and i have to agree with them because of what i see, hear and read worldwide...
But tbh with you, i am sad because everyone trust me but i can't trust anyone except my mother!
Everyone says people change with time, i always thought that we change to the better, like why i have never changed with time while others screw you and they always make excuses using that they have changed! It's sh*tty you know! - 1 y
Yeah, unfortunately, change isn't always for the better, depending on the person. For example, in your case. It used to be that traditional family units were the norm, but now families come in all shapes and sizes.
Women are working and no longer needing to be dependent on a man to keep her from being homeless. Women have fought hard to get equal rights and it's a change that I see as a good thing. For men, that may be harder to accept, and for some, they have not adapted to the changes, leaving them single and sexless.
Hopefully you do learn to trust one day. You'll need to once you find the right woman. - 1 y
Your last 3 words are the keys that i'm searching for, (the right woman) hope to find her someday especially in this rotten world and generation!
- 1 y
I wish you luck in your search!

It's all because of your magical apples miss apple π
I'm happy because your kids are growing up seeing real love between their parents and are always together, that's how a family should be, but please miss apples keep your body products away from them? The milk, hair, teeth and nails, don't know what else you make from your body to sell ππ

And what's wrong if a wife serves her husband? π€
They serve each other, in means of taking care of each other!
A devoted loving housewife will serve her husband and family with love and joy and will never complain about it! - 1 y
true some women feel it's beneath to serve a man i mean wear the minidress for him and get on your knees when he asks clean his bathroom etc
- 1 y
Oh really? So it's HIS bathroom only, not your bathroom too? Tell me something chrissy, don't you clean your own bathroom?
Also a husband won't tell his wife to clean the bathroom, if she's a good housewife than she knows what to do and what to clean! - 1 y
if you move into house it is
- 1 y
True, so where's the problem? She's cleaning THEIR bathroom, it's like he called her on her phone and told her to come over to clean his bathroom, they are husband and wife which means they are one, they don't even have this mindset, yours mine and mine yours, she does her role and he does his role as simple as that and that's why they are a family!
You're seeing it from a perspective that the husband is the master and the wife is the slave, that's not at all how it works, a husband who treats his housewife like that is surely someone who understood the whole thing in a wrong way! - 1 y
not really just that it's expected you do those things
- 1 y
True because you're a housewife and that's your role!
In return there are so many positive things about being a housewife! - 1 y
yes there are
- 1 y
ππ»ππ»
It all depends on how a man treats his housewife, the bible is strict when it comes on how shall a husband treats his wife, plus how a wife is supposed to treat her husband...
If you're going to become a housewife, what are the things that scares you the most?
