The best part of being married would be when you’re synchronized with each other, sharing similar value, respect, trust, loyal, and be fully vulnerable with someone.


These days, I don’t know. It’s scary to be like these with someone, everything is for personal gain. Married but individual/alone.

Well, I’m not married yet, but I am engaged, and we life together, so I don't see much difference except a for the notarized marriage license. But for me, the best part of it is the security of knowing he can’t just end it and ghost me. It’s never happened to me, but it’s always been a fear of mine with my past boyfriend’s, due to my feelings of insecurity, and of never being good enough! (It’s called “Imposter Syndrome”, and it's actually quite common). I mean when there is nothing stopping him from changing his mind, and never even telling me why or what happened…. I just like the security of knowing I live there, I’m on the lease, (and the title to his car is in my name since I bought it for him). So there’s no way he could just disappear and ghost me. I don’t actually think he would, it’s just an irrational fear I harbor internally.
