Not all , but a majority of them are failing because of how society is today , with social media warping peoples’ mindsets , more divorces are being filed these days compared to how it was back then, so sadly marriage and relationships are sadly becoming more rare these days , People are becoming more selfish and prefer to be single instead of being in relationships. It’s a sad world we live in. For me to ever get married again , it’s going to take a long time before I can even consider marriage again , I still date , but I no longer rush into relationships with girls’ I prefer FWB’s with some strings attached over anything , until I really get to know the girl , before making it official, I was married and loyal to my ex for 20 years and sadly our marriage turned to shit the second social media apps became a thing , She got addicted to Facebook and sadly that’s when our relationship started going downhill , before Facebook my wife and I were inseparable, so that’s why I point fingers at social media for impacting how relationships are today , by it playing a big part on destroying peoples’ mindsets I have witnessed so many relationships fail because of social media. Because people are sneaky on it , Making people more selfish , by making people think grass is greener on the other side. Love will never grow if both partners’ can’t remove selfishness for each other and water the grass they are already standing on . More cheating and affairs are occurring and people have a harder time trusting each other these days , so finding true love. Is a lot harder to find for a lot of people. So what’s even the point of giving your heart to someone that will more than likely shit on it eventually? Why I am now taking the slower road when it comes to girls’ I have slept with married women and girls’ that were already in relationships that lied and said they were single , so I no longer care what her relationship status is anymore , if she wants to lie and wants my cock and I want to get laid , I am more than likely going to fuck her , cuz I am over girls’ that can’t be honest. I consider myself an honest guy. So until I meet a girl that actually has a genuine heart that is honest my ass is just staying single and having fun , most girls’ today do not know what it means to be in a relationship, because most of them are selfish , I know guys’ are as well but I don’t date guys’ period , so my ass is staying single until I meet a great girl that is honest and loving and loyal to me , but until then , I am just living my life best way I can, I love sex , so I will have sex with a beautiful girl comes on to me. By Having my heart shit on as many times as it has , I now have walls up protecting my heart from being shit on again. I realize girls’ today are happier being with a guy that doesn’t give into her 100 percent , she rather be the chaser , so I let her chase me , I been getting hit on a lot more by younger girls’ these days , and I am not going to lie , I am enjoying it , I just started dating a 24 year old girl that hit on me first , and she is beautiful , but I told her I am not rushing into a relationship, and been nothing but honest with her , she is fine with it. I am just planning to have fun with her. we already made out yesterday and I am seeing her again today for lunch , if we end up in bed , sounds good to me lol

NOT ALL OF THEM… But a large percentage does fail or ends up being a cold marriage. Where people pretty much live their days out as roommates.

People marry for the wrong reasons. People do not know how to build a genuine bond between one another. People sleep around and marry the first person they knock up/get knocked up by. When the marriage fails they rebound and it ends worse then the last marriage.

People marry for money. They marry for material things. They marry for social status. They got married for appearance purposes. The whole list goes on most of those marriages aren’t built on genuine love and connection. Most fail.

People are catching on that they do not need marriage to have successful life. I’ve been asked marriage and said no. Frankly so it was the a smart choice not to. I’m a single mom and do it all myself, what do I need marriage for? To make me small and keep me home to be used and manipulated, heck no.

Not all. I know some very successful marriages that are beneficial to both partners and their children. But the problem is not the successful marriages. It's the majority that either end in divorce or are unhappy but stay together anyway. And for the half that end in divorce, 90% of which are initiated by women, it is largely the men and children who get screwed.
