Do you ever not tell your partner what you want?

dating is like auditioning for the role in marriage. I won't tell you when you have said or done something wrong... I won't tell you the difference between wrong and right. I won't remind what you have to do. But I will be taking notes on what you are doing correctly and incorrectly. What you did not do... what you didn't bother to do... I can't tell yiou what I am expecting because If I told you all the correct answers to the test, then there would be no reason for me to conduct this test on you. Overall, if I find that the negatives outweigh positives, I will break up and render you "not good enough" for marriage.

I would. I haven't exactly been in a lot of relationships, so communication would be very helpful. If you're dating someone inexperienced, maybe they need to learn how to be in a good and strong relationship. Everyone has different expectations. If you don't make any of that clear, what you want may be hard to decipher.

i believe that the only way you can tell someone's true intentions is when you don't tell them what you expect.

For some things that may be helpful but for others not so. If someone is already willing to lie to you when you ask them a question, they will be willing to lie to you unprovoked. The best way to measure a person's intentions is to watch what their actions and behavior.
