Is it normal or healthy for married couples to sleep in separate beds?

Me and my husband live in a 3 story 3 bedroom townhouse. We've been married almost 2 years and been together for 7 years. We bought are house together i think 3 years ago and we were sharing a bed with each other since.

We do have two spare rooms but one is being turned into a nursery for are soon to be baby and we have another spare room up in the attic thats very big.

My husband snores a lot and is very loud and now im pregnant I have a u shaped pillow thing to help me at night and im constantly getting up to pee.

It ends up in one of us yelling at the other to "shut up" my husband is a very easy sleeper and im the type to be on my phone till 3am watching tiktok 🤣.

A couple times throughout my pregnancy I've come down with the flu so my husband decided to move upstairs to the spare bedroom as to not get sick and be off work.

We've both realised we sleep better alone and its actually improved are relationship as we are not annoyed with each other over sleep nor are we tired.

My mum and dad also do this for similar reasons as my dad snores a lot also.

Doesn't mean we dont love each other. We even have an older couple that live next door to us that live in separate houses as neighbours and they seem happy enough.
