First pistol I should buy? Beretta92fs or Bersa Thunder 380 plus?

Bersa thunder 380 plus: 380 rounds with a 15 round magazine. Small size and can be easily used for legal concealed carry. Price between $300-$400.

You should go to a gun range and practice with them and see which feels better for you. If you actually plan on having a conceal carry then you damn well better take a gun safety class. Already too many moronic wannabee badasses going around with guns in their pants fantasizing about shooting a robber and end up shooting themselves or even worse some bystander.

I know that. I'm not getting it to be badass or anything. Just in case more than one person decides to rob me. There's a lot of drug addicts where I live. So 15 rounds of even 380 to their chest should make them run off.

Again take a gun safety class otherwise the gun you buy is just going to end up being the weapon that they kill you with. Having a gun with no training is just as likely going to get you killed as it is them.

I know how to use a gun, dude. I own 4.
1 5.56 rifle
1 .22 rifle
1 .357 revolver
1 12 gauge shotgun.

I shoot those a lot.

*sigh* then you are one of those people. And don't say you're not since you seem to feel above actually taking proper courses on it. Only an incompetent thinks they're above proper training. 92fs is military standard at least I think for air force. 9mm is cheap.
.380 would be better for conceal carry but I believe Smith and Wesson makes a great.380 the judge or guardian conceal carry with no hammer.

Are you dead set on Barreta? S&W and Remmington XD make great conceal carries too.

S&W cost too much for me. Plus these two pistols are very easy to clean and take apart. I'm just now getting into pistols. I'm already used to rifles.

Read reviews, looked up videos and held it a few times in the gun shop.

Some places will give you a fail test review (how many rounds ran threw it before jamming or exploding if cartridge gets stuck in it). Was a reason some police forces started using Smith and Wesson M&Ps (military police) instead of glocs

Not really a fan of glocks in the first place. I prefer to have a hammer.

I find it more comfortable, but that's personal, you can be more confortable with the other.
Anyway, I don't own any of them. I prefer Walther, Glock and FN.

I really would like that classic gun, but it's too complicated to take apart and clean for me right now. I'm just now getting into pistols now that I'm 21 and I'm more used to rifles.

but load a m1911 up with hollow points and you stand a chance.
Any larger bear and you'd need a revolver

I live in the middle of the desert with just a small town. Worse animals we have to worry about are dogs and coyote. But I'm more worried about other humans who try to start drama for no reason and try to jump me.

buy a FN five seven... that gun loads 5,7 x 28mm bullets... low recoil and better firepower than 9mm. allthough the gun is lightweight due made of poly and very precise
