Well for starters, both of those shoes are running shoes, not tennis shoes. Big difference. Ideally, a lot of clubs / teams are pro-tennis specific shoes because normal shoes tend to scuff the courts.
I have a friend who has the Nike Air Vapor / Nike Vapor shoes and seems to like them a lot. He's very good at the sport, and tends to sprint and run a lot, as well as spring, and the shoes don't rip. He's had his pair for awhile now.
I play tennis myself, and personally I've gone with Babolat Propulse or Asics Gel Resolution. Both pairs I've had for about 3 years will no rip, and have been perfect for running and sprinting.
You're welcome to go with a running shoe, but if you're serious enough / if your club/team requires actual tennis shoes, I'd go with a tennis oriented shoe.

If you're playing tennis regularly, get tennis shoes, period. Not running shoes, not cross training shoes, not basketball shoes, tennis shoes.
Running shoes are not made for lateral movement. tennis is -primarily- lateral movement. A lot of tennis shoes are made to handle the common toe drag on serving as well.
They're running shoes not tennis so I'd recommend getting tennis shoes
