So, it really depends on what I’m buying.
If it’s a tailored suit then I’d clearly come in and get it fitted and tried out in-person. Even shoes I’d buy and have bought online since I know my size quite well enough so I’m never disappointed whenever I get them in and try them out.
When it comes to clothing sizes such as shirts, hoodies, and others I’m even better and spot on with my size.
Honestly, I order nearly everything or anything online. If I go out to get something it’s because of friends, family, etc.

Oneline. Shopping in a store makes me go full Sheldon Cooper. I go to the store knowing what I need or want. Make one trip through the store to memorize it's layout. Then I shop as quickly as I can and leave. But people and their carts are always in the way. Also people seem to act as if it's ok to take up an entire isle between their themselves and their cart. But I'm the a-hole for asking them to move their cart or moving it myself. So a 10 to 20 min shopping trip can take an hour or more simply because of people and their carts.
Online all the way. I get bored of going out for shopping cause I rarely buy things on impulse. I always need days or weeks before deciding on anything to buy so online shopping fits this need.
I rarely buy clothing or shoes in general so it's not really a huge problem. It can be tricky to get the right size when it comes to those two but after years doing this, I know how to get the right ones.
It saves time, money, and energy. But, yeah.. gotta be smart to identify bad sellers or products.
I think online shopping can be deceiving. Clothes might look different on the picture and models wearing them, compared to you. If you don't try them out in person, how will you know for sure?

Going out. Sometimes shoes fit differently for different brands. Also seeing it and trying it in person is better than getting it delivered and then returning it if its not upto the mark (returning goods via online shopping is a hassle). For shirts since the size guides are fairly simple i don't mind online for that.
I love going out most of the time. I love atmosphere & the value of interaction is more important for me.
Other reasons why I buy offline:
Books - I always get very good suggestions from the shop owner.
Also I love to browse through multiple books before buying one.
Clothes - I'm huge in comparison to average people from where I'm so it's tough to find good clothes that perfectly so for suits, shirts I get them stitched, other clothes I need to go through a lot of them to find the ones that fit perfectly. Buying online had always to return 2-3 times before finding the fit.
Electronics - Mostly I prefer buying them off-line but I buy them online too. Depends on where I get it cheaper.I used to love going out shopping pre-pandemic for everything, like groceries, clothes, DIY, etc. But with all the Covid malarkey I now do the majority of my shopping online.
Shopping online 100%. There’s way more stock and I don’t have to make an effort to try everything on etc

I could never shop online with my body size so many clothing places make shirts that are extra large but real small and I need to try all my clothes on in person And get a real normal extra-large
I like the convenience of shopping online, but if I'm looking for something specific, then I prefer to look for it in store before I spend more money buying it online.
I’m not scared of the virus so 3 months after the pandemic I went back to normal haven’t worn a mask since
Even before covid I didn't like shopping. Still now I prefer to go to a real store & pick out what I want.
I still do both. Online is nice in that it's easy to search for things and get the best price. Going to the store, walking around and finding things you may or may not be actively looking for, is also good. The store also gives you what you buy instantly, without waiting for the online store to deliver it days later.
I'd rather shop online, even for clothes, electronics, I just don't shop for groceries online
Usually if it's something of food and stuff like that I'll go to trader Joe's or I'll go to Costco or Sam's club. If it's stuff for the house or something I may need for my car I always shop online it's 10 times cheaper than going somewhere local. And by the way you look amazing in your picture
I buy everything online and if it doesn't fit, then I wear them anyway 😂 Can't be arsed sending them back either
depends what I'm shopping for. Some things you just have to be there to get
I sometimes go shopping just to go see what's out there. I like touching things.
I hate shopping. I don't it only when I have to. I'm cheap and I always think everything costs too much/ there always a better deal somewhere else. I've never bought anything online. I'm too paranoid to do it (something I'm trying to change lol).
Depends on what am shopping for but prefer online whenever possible. I just hate searching for things in stores - I consider it a waste of my time!
online shopping, has a much wider variety in clothes. plus you rarely find gothic lolita clothes irl.
I would rather go to a store and buy what a want and bring it home. The problem is that most of the stores are gone and the ones that are left have mostly empty shelves.
I prefer going to the shops, with clothes I like to feel the texture. and of course try it on, groceries I like to see what I am buying,
I prefer in person for clothes but online for everything else
