a friend of mine got a message on her phone saying she was gifted a gamestop gift card of $100 by me it said my whole name and everything but i am 16 and don’t remember buying one she redeemed it and nothing happened i haven’t loss money that i know of what do i do?

Most likely she got hacked when she redeemed the offer. Tell her to change all her passwords

They just pick random people in their contact list. Hackers are very slick. I've had it happen to me a couple times. I ask the person if they sent me something before I open suspicious emails

Well if you didn't send it to her she probably got hacked when she opened it. If you did you must have a receipt for it somewhere
