Should I be concerned about this?

I’ve got a skin check up coming up and I’m worried about this. Do you think it could be bad or am I being paranoid? It’s about 15mm wide.

Well, I'm not a doctor, but what I can tell is that the skin seems rather dry and peeling as after a healing sunburn. The dark stains look rather plain pigmentation spots without anything suspect around. At first sight no reason for alarm. Still, the best is to get the advice of a dermatologist if you really have doubts, just to be sure.

Are you sure it's 15mm wide? That's over half an inch in Freedom Units, anything over 5mm is a red flag for melanoma.

I will concur with other commenter as the rest appears extremely sunburnt, you need some aloe on that.
