umm i don't know how to tell you this but an 18k heart shaped diamond pendant is going to cost more then 89 dollars at least real ones are. what you have might be gold plated or gold filled with man made diamond chips or small baget diamonds or cubic zirconia. real gold would cost you 249 and up maybe even as high as 489 to 500+ dollars
