So personally I’d say that if one is guilt tripping you about something they do/give to you, they don’t do/give it to you SINCERELY and WHOLEHEARTEDLY. Especially if it’s MONEY. It’s a sensitive item. Doesn’t matter how much money. It can cause big problems.
In conclusion; I’d definitely return the money. And I’d double it before returning it to them. But things won’t be the same between me and them anymore.
