Mom is angry I bought my dad a birthday gift?

I’m 22F. My mother and father are divorced, they split over 10 years ago. I get pocket money and I also have a part-time job. My father’s birthday is coming up, and I wanted to get him a present (with my own money from my job.) . I told my mom and she got really angry. She said that if I get him a gift for his birthday, in that case she will stop giving me pocket money and will take back presents she bought me in the past.

does she have a right to do that? How do I navigate this situation?

Why the fuck are you still getting "pocket money" from your mum? Either she's been stealing your child support or there is more to her that she is not saying.

Also, she cannot "take back" gifts that have been given legally.

Your mother is being unreasonable. It’s not her right to tell you what to do with your own money, and any bad blood between her and your father (I assume their split wasn’t amicable) should be kept between them. You shouldn’t be dragged into it. Tell her that, calmly and respectfully. Model the maturity you’d like to see from your mother.
