Should I be mad at my dad?

My dad is from New York so everything that comes out his mouth is aggressive and loud. I’m freshening up in the bathroom. Then he tells the plumber guy my daughter is taking a bath so loud. Mind you it isn’t my bathroom the plumber is looking at it’s his bathroom. And the plumber says “okkkk 🤨” I’m so fking embarrassed rn. He literally could’ve said my daughter is freshening up. That shit really pissed me off

You're overreacting. It was good your dad told the plumber you were in the bathroom. Otherwise, the plumber could have turned off your water, which would have affected your freshening up, or he could have walked in on you.

Sounds like you have other issues with your dad. Please remember that dad's care about their daughters and sometimes do or say things their daughters don't fully understand. That's part of your growing up.

Your dad was just telling the plumber you were using the water so the plumber wouldn't shut it off. Bath or shower... makes no difference to the plumber and the water supply.
