Hypothetically a nice house or car would be a sweet gift.
But few people are able to gift such things even if they wanted to.

Being more realistic.

I think I'd be most flattered by a handmade gift because the person put time and effort into the gift.

A female I went to school with years later had an Art Display with local paintings of the area.

I wish I'd taken the opportunity and commissioned her to do a paintings for me at the time, because I've not heard of her since.

I would like to receive any gift, but something personal that they've made themselves would always be treasured.
