Trending & News i live in turkey, that money amounts to 6300 house in the most expensive city here.
i would take 300 house with it so i would live the rest of my life with their rents. a house rent is at least 40.000 tl in istanbul. so 300 x 40.000 makes 120 million per month which means i will be a millionaire even after that 1 month.
i would open my own place or something to still have a job so i wouldn't live like a slob.
i would own a building of my own desire where i would give some of the houses to my parents and relatives so we will always be close to each other.
decorate my and their home to their likings.
buy every car and motor bike i like
get a yatch for vacations.
open a sanctuary in a vast area for street dogs and cats employe people to tend to them.
hire the employes needed for my place, cooks, pastry chefs, bar tenders, body guards with legal allowance to shoot people.
since i will techically still be a millionaire after that 1 month i can give half of the rest what is left to charity of orphans, diasadvantaged people etc etc.
I’d give half to St Jude and half to Shriners , all to help children
@Simslover92 Thank you for the Like
Alec and Kaleb are amazing! I actually had the pleasure of meeting them three years ago. And St. Jude is one of the greatest success stories when it comes to childhood cancer. Good on you, sir!
@Simslover92 Thank you for the MHO
Shriners? Like Freemason?
@strateguy632 no, Shriners Hospital for Children
i'd buy myself a really nice main home and a secondary home. i'd renovate my family's summer home. i'd get a sports car, an all terrain car for nature excursions, and a less showy nice car for daily use, maybe also a motorcycle. i'd treat myself to huge shopping sprees on home stuff, clothes, beauty products/makeup, books, random stuff. i'd update my phones. i'd get a house pet or two. i'd like to buy farm land and also a stable. i'd play santa claus for the people i care about. i'd reserve nice trips for the following two years. i'd buy myself a spot in an ivy league to get a different degree.
i'd then invest some of the money, i'd buy shares in some companies, i'd also create a start up. i'd use the remaining money to fund causes i believe in, i'd be a benefactor for some projects i like in my community, and i'd try to slightly influence the political landscape at a national or international level if possible.
I would pay off our house, buy enough vehicles that will last my husband and I until our "Golden's years" lol and give the rest to Toys For Tots and local food pantries. I love Christmas and truly believe every child shouldn't go without a gift or food! There is so much I could do with the money!
Buy vehicles? They will be 20 years old when you will be 50!

Build a house, then I'd build a gigantic artist rental space. It would have recording studios for music, podcasting and maybe even a soundstage. There would be a couple bars, a few showers and guest rooms since a lot of projects involve working for days on end. Oh and a bakery that makes canolis with real cheese. Probably would be smart to put a couple kitchens in there too. I hear a lot of studios get really expensive coffee machines kinda to show off. Which sounds hilarious to me so maybe I'd get one too.
After stocking the place with equipment it would probably be a little tricky keeping it under a billion in less than a month. Probably would have to send it all to some kind of agency.
Very nice! I loved that!
Nice you are generous! I was careful with my credit cards so 1st pay credit cards $500. And like you would, countries should also FIRST pay debts in budgets!
2nd buy a condominium 0.4 million with parking and a dodge battery car $62 000 so that leaves about... um one billion left. 😉 Gotta use it before it will vanish, like film Brewster billion!
so buy real estate using $0.8 billion and buy money market group stocks with 0.2 billion! After month sell the money market to have cash for property tax!
After month a few Gifts to friends just items not money. Charity to some church food kitchen from cash.
I would buy like a thousand acres some place I would build a home I would put 20 million dollars in the bank so I had to spend it well then I would buy something that I could sell so I could get 20 million or by 20 million dollars worth of gold and put it someplace safe
and I would build shelters food pantries for anybody that needed it homes for families
If you needed help in any manner you would have to get there within that month's time and you would have help
I would find families who are totally broke that have hospital bills or stuff like that pay them off I can give everybody $100,000 in my town
That’s a lot of money. I could probably spend a comfortable few million paying off the debts of my loved ones, investing in new properties, aka buying houses for myself and others. I could probably buy a few houses for well above asking price just to make sure I get them within a month. Even after all that I’d still probably have several hundred million to spend. Could buy some vacations in advance, pay for a few years of at-home care for elderly family, buy some foreign properties, see if I can’t immigrate into a dual-citizenship somewhere, invest in some trust funds for my niblings, retirement accounts maybe, some extra cars, tune-ups on the cars I already have, and I’d probably still have quite a few hundred million left. I’d probably try to donate what I have no use for, charities and gofundmes and whatnot
All I could do in one month would be to pay off my debts, buy a truck and ATV, give $50 million to my sister, give some to a few of my wife's relatives of her choosing, give a bit to a few charities, and use the rest to buy high value real estate.
I would want to do a lot of renovations and upgrades to my house and property, but that couldn't be done in a month. So I would arrange for my sister to give back a few $million later.
I could also sell some of the real estate later, too.
@Simslover92 I would buy the island that @purplepoppy discussed in a prior post and build a beautiful home on it for her and a helicopter to fly her to it when she wanted. Probably donate the rest to Hoag Presbyterian Hospital in Newport Beach for Cancer research in my brother's name.
@Simslover92 I would buy you a helicopter to fly there too!!!
Aww thanks that's so sweet of you!
@Simslover92 I asked Purplelpooppy more about the island and she said it was really a fact that it was there and there was an old barn already built there.
I would put most of it into stocks. It will be gone, but the investments it makes for decades will serve me a long time.
I can use it for friendships that lasted a literal lifetime and reward them for their genuine kindness, give to charities / causes I believe in, clear any debt I accumulated, pay my retirement, and so on.
Investing is spending, at least in my view.
I'll buy $10 million worth of property in non-prime locations, and spend the rest on a new wing to St Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, my favorite charity. That should be enough for the building as well as much-needed modern equipment to help children with cancer, and their families.
Obviously I'd buy a superyacht, private jet and opulent mansion but I'd still have money left over so I'd write a cheque for all my friends and acquaintances and give the rest to charities such as Cancer Research and Animal Welfare. Oh, and I'd buy Britney Spears. Not because I like her but because I think she needs looking after.
I month? 1 BILLION?
I'm for sure buying a private island. Then whatever's left over, I'm giving half to my crush/best friend and spending the rest on travel. Not a whole lot I can see in a month, so I'll probably visit the most expensive places and fly first class. If I still have something left over, I'm giving the rest to my crush/best friend. She'll probably be traveling with me. Oh, me and her can open a restaurant. Maybe on the private island.
Buy a house up in the redwoods and a house out in the desert to have a place for growing hot peppers. Then buy a big apartment complex under the name of an LLC, give a law firm a million dollar retainer, then fly all over the world and smuggle hot pepper seeds back to California
thats so easy!!
I am a good spender.
500m = to charity
100m - buy a buiness -
100 m - buy another business
200 m - buy real estates
80 m - invest
20 m - to live
What charity is "more than $100 000' even relevant?
@strateguy632
Easy - 1m. to a high school… get a list of HS in the US or wherever… how many high schools? 500?
But why does it vanish? A bad investment? The IRS? I shouldn't have left it in a knap sack for the mice to eat like they did with one of my t-shirts once?
Because it is a condition to get the inheritance.
Invest (e. g. maybe buy gold and/or land) so I have more than 1 month to think about how I am going use the money.
At some point, I guess I would use the money to buy lab space and equipment. Then, form a non-profit to do unpopular research.
But, I'd expect <20 million dollars would be spent in a ten year span.
For that non-profit.
- I would buy real estates, and rent them as business or residential space
- I would give money to family, maybe even some really good friends
- I would buy a house, and perhaps a car (but I don't know how to drive).
It would be clear debts of mine and family, then buy property around the world as well as set up sanctuaries for animals and invest in plant based food industries
I wouldn't even worry about it, I'd be dead within two weeks! Sex, drugs and rock-n-roll, @Simslover92
I'd have to give away 90% of the money. I spend money all the time, but usually in small amounts.
Buy and island and rule it as queen and queen with @7Phoenix7 👀
I would need maybe 4-5 days to buy gold for that money
I would buy an asset and then sell it after the vanishing rule ends. Even if I lose 25% of value I'd still have hundreds of millions of dollars.
One? Like one oil tanker? Or 300 private jets lol.
I'd give most of it away since I prefer to live a simple life.
Pay off my debt. Purchase a new home and vehicle. Then put the rest of the money in assets that will pay me over time
Buy some stocks and start thinking about how to spend my soon to be 2 billions.
Buy a bunch of liquid assets, like houses. Then sell them later.
Pay off house, buy new house, car, furniture etc put the rest into an investment fund
Buy lots of prime real estate in different locations.
To be honest i would split it amongst my entire family but before that I would get an Aston Martin, house, land and invest
Sorry for not giving a straight answer, I would... just panic.
Buy an annuity and take my time spending the returns of roughly a million every week
Build apartment complexes. And go heavier into the oil market.
Buy a fifty million dollar house and maybe an island
And donate the rest to charity. Forgot that part.
I would try to double it.
I'm buying a car collection lol
buy silver and nickel ,
I follow your advice!
Invest it.. double it 😁
Id do that, too
Every day at stripper club...
