Interesting to hear a girl doing this to a guy. I thought guys only acted this way when they wanted to blow off a connection without being direct. Perhaps it is a young-person thing? I think if you want to cut the cr*p, just be direct.
Ask her out again. Never wait 3 days or whatever. If she keeps denying you, she probably is not that into you. I think you also need to consider asking her out during the week and gauging her interest - perhaps she really is quite busy. It is possible. Not likely. But possible.
She seems interested. A girl wouldn't suggest another time, especially not a specific time, if she was planning on blowing you off. So just ask her when she's free the next weekend and she will likely agree to go with you.

Bring it up again and if she uses the excuse of her being busy again leave her to it because she could be blowing you off and trying not to be mean about it.
