Let me ask you this: Do women get robbed? Do women get attacked and raped? Are there home break ins while women are in the house? Have there been arrests of fake police? Does crime... happen...
Ok, then.
Instructing someone on how they can try their best to prevent themselves first and foremost from putting themselves into harms way and or how to possibly defend themselves is for their knowledge banks. You prepare people for the worst, and you hope for the best. At least three of the things I've listed have happened to me and two to two female friends. You hope we live in a world where people are nice and kind and would never harm each other, but simply turn on the evening news. Better to at least have the knowledge, than not.
