they are super cute, however, I think that having them as pets its not right, they are meant to be in the wild.

To be honest I'm not fond of the idea of having non domestic animals as pets, way too much issues and responsibility. I think they're better off in the wild.

  They are considereded exotic, since they are mostly associated with wild animals. Same with red foxes. Red foxes are native to North America, Europe and Asia but they are considered exotic animals since they are wild and "tamed". You can get a "Tamed" skunk and it's considered exotic because it's an unusual pet and it's wild.

  1 theyre wild animals
  2 they aren't found evcerywhere (mice are wild animals but they can be found anywhere you go)
  3 they are tamed animals and not domestic.
