Superman is probably the strongest super hero ever but not just by pure muscle but also by his super powers. Like laser vision, freezing breath and more. He can take them down then freeze them down.
Batman
Batman is very intelligent when fighting he knows how to use his weapons in a fight and knows how to use them to take someone down and baterang them unconscious.
Thor
Thor has incredible strength and has weather manipulation and can easily take someone down and lighting strike them down.
Spiderman
Spiderman has awesome agility and can use his spider web's to take someone down and Web them up.
Wolverine
Wolverine has massive strength and has very strong claws. He has the power to heal easily he can rip them apart very easily.
By the way it isn't in particular order and I'm not just talking about their muscles I'm talking about how endurable they are and how easily they can take someone down.
I don't think Superman is "the strongest", he is just the most famous, but there are other superheroes who are strong enough to beat him (Supreme, Hulk, He-Man, Silver Surfer, Mister Majestic), or more powerful (Doctor Strange, Sentry, The Mask, Captain Atom), or more skillful fighters (Wonder Woman, Thor, Martian Manhunter) etc.
He does get hurt, other Kryptonians can beat him, but there are other creatures who are as strong as Kryptonians or even stronger. Besides that, magic can hurt him, he is not immune to psionic powers either. Basically - you can beat him even without any kryptonite.
Hulk? Shazam? Hercules? They're all a lot stronger than some on your list, even by your description of 'how endurable they are and how easily they can take someone down.' Just saying.
Bateman isn't strong he's just a guy with gadgets - awesome as it may be. He may be an Olympic level athlete but he is extremely weak in the super hero universe.

That's the point - Batman doesn't take anyone down easily unless it's another dude like him. Taking down a super powered individual requires lots of effort in his part
As easy as Superman or Hulk can? No, for them it's muscle reflex. For Batman he has to think about various scenarios, make plans, and get the tech needed to do the job. That's no where near as easy as just walking into a room as Hulk and laying waste to him
