Marvel has so many interesting characters. No matter what kind of characters you like, there’s at least one character in Marvel that will appeal to your tastes. Here are my favorite marvel characters.
1. Shang Chi
An Asian superhero in Marvel, with the ability to make clones of himself. He is considered to be the best hand to hand combat specialist in all of Marvel, he even managed to defeat the Wolverine. He also trained both Tony Stark and Captain America in Martial arts. And now he is set to make his debut in the marvel cinematic universe by 2021 with his standalone film titled “Shang Chi and the legend of the ten rings”.
2. Jim Morita
A Japanese-American soldier who is part of the howling commandos. He is a reference to the real life 442nd regimental combat team. In the MCU, he has a descendant named “Principal Morita”.
3. The Punisher/Frank castle
An ex military man turned vigilante, he’s very adept in various martial arts disciplines, the usage of guns and he’s also very good at improvising. Even though he’s only human, he managed to defeat Paladin and stalemate US Agent.
4. Colleen Wing
A descendant of a Samurai family, she is skilled in various Japanese martial arts and can use “Chi” to enhance her physical abilities.
5. Daisy “quake” Johnson
A Eurasian superhero with the ability to control earthquakes which are the powers that her inhuman status granted her. Asides from that, she’s a skilled martial artist who works for shield. She’s one of the central characters in Agents of shield.
6. Silver Samurai
A mutant that wears a special type of lightweight samurai armor, can teleport and summon a “tachyon” field. Aside from his powers, he is also an expert in various Japanese Martial arts. He is a member of big hero 6.
7. Ebon Samurai
Another member of big hero 6. He is an undead Samurai who is a skilled martial artist, while his primary weapon is a cursed sword.
8. Daredevil
A blind vigilante who has enhanced senses and is highly skilled in martial arts, he even beat a super soldier. His name is rather ironic since he is a devoted Catholic who doesn’t kill, he only roughs up criminals.
9. Slingshot/Yo-yo
An Hispanic superhero who has superhuman speed, which she achieves by slowing down time.
10. Amadeus Cho
The Asian version of the hulk.
11. Hogun the grim
An Asgardian warrior who aids Thor in many of his endeavors. His physical appearance is that of an East Asian man.
12. Namor the Submariner
An aquatic Atlantean/Human hybrid that has all the common superhuman traits(superhuman strength, agility, senses etc) and can swim indefinitely at deep sea level depths without any equipment. There have been rumors that he might enter the MCU in the near future.
13. Rocket raccoon
A mutant raccoon that has enhanced physical attributes and is highly intelligent. In the second Guardians of the galaxy, he managed to knock out a full grown human.
14. Puma
A villain turned hero who has the enhanced physical attributes that mimic that of a large feline. Aside from that, he’s highly intelligent and is skilled in martial arts.
15. Tigra
A half human half tiger crimefighting heroine. Much like Puma, she has the physical attributes of a large feline and heals fast.
16. John Walker/US Agent
Upon first glance you’d think he’s Captain America but in reality he’s a different character who has similar abilities to Captain America but on a superior level. He even managed to battle Captain America to a draw.
17. Silk
A close ally of Spider-Man. she also has similar abilities to Spider-Man. Rumor has it that she might get a stand-alone film soon.
18. Izanagi No Mikoto
A Japanese Kami/God. He is based on the aShinto god of the same name. Much like any other supreme deity, he has supernatural levels of Strength, agility, speed, endurance, intelligence etc. He is also skilled in martial arts and is one of the few individuals who can stand toe to toe with Mikaboshi.
19. Collective man
A Chinese superhero who is actually quintuplet men known as the Tao Yu brothers merged into one body.
20. Robbie Reyes
Robbie Reyes is a part time mechanic, part time vigilante who took on the mantle of ghost rider after he and his brother where nearly killed by a group of gunmen.
