Everyone wants to be happy; we want to smile, laugh, love, feel and just BE. There's a problem that hunts most of the human population, anxiety, sadly, a significant majority of us doesn't know to deal with this appropriately, so today I'm going to give you the simple (both scientific and psychological explanation, of literally (even if it sounds crazy) How to be happy.
First off, what do I exactly mean by "anxiety," well let's use an example: I'm sure every single one of us has been nervous about a test that will have a significant value on our grades, so naturally, these thoughts come to our minds: "This test is going to be so hard" "What if I everything when the time comes?" "I have to study all day; I'm going to get so tired," etc.
That my friends, is pure anxiety, and It indeed is, a creation of our minds.
You see when you stop DOING what you need to do and start to think about how much is it going to take you if you're doing it the right way etc. Not only you're taking valuable time just to DO it, but you're also getting more and more anxious at the time.
Now let's use a typical Social example: You want to talk to your friends about something, but fear they'll laugh at you for caring about that, or just ignore it. Or you want to ask a girl out, but you fear the rejection and continuously think about that possible situation.

Now here we're, in front of all of you, the simple key to happiness.
The key is to live, that's right, you read that. Let me explain before you comment calling me a no life idiot.
STOP using the time you could be using to be HAPPY worrying about stuff that's yet to come, live, BE THERE every precious moment, enjoy those little chats with a friend, or going around in your bike/car. Enjoy having dinner with your family, REALISE life isn't about what other people have to say about you, and a piece of paper doesn't mean you have no future.
Do I mean don't do anything and be a loser? NO. What I want is for you to control your mind. Do you need to study? Good, set a time, let's say 8 pm after you figured out here's what you do: FORGET ABOUT IT. Don't think about what's going to happen later, ENJOY BEING PRESENT IN THE MOMENT.
Taking a quick break from my motivational speech to talk to you about something that has helped me in some dark times: Meditation or mindfullness, if you are an anxious person, you should try it.

Quick conclusion: Stop worrying, live the life you want, make friends, dance, fulfill your dreams, get a god damn tattoo if that's what you want, just BE there when you do it.
