Am I A Catfish? The Truth

Well,hello everyone.

It's me again.

Some of you may know me, while others don't.

For those who don't,my username is AngelicSin, I'm a girlsaskguys editor and a pretty popular member because of 2 things.

1)Because I was the one that started the whole 'challenge' trend on G@G.

2)Because of how rude,savage and sarcastic I am when it comes to asking questions and writing opinions.

I have explained on a previous MyTake though, that it didn't take so much regognization...Fact that I don't know if I'm happy or sad about it... that my attitude is like my g@g persona and not who I am in reality.

Of course there are many similarities between the two of us, but also many differences.

Anyway...

So we can continue on the real point of this take, as time gone by I got many people that like me but I also got many people that strongly dislike me as well.

One of the most classic things that I hear in arguments is that I'm a catfish, not only because of how I look but also because of how my life is as well.

To be exact, catfish by definition is :

A catfish is someone who pretends to be someone they're not using fake pictures on Facebook or other social media to create false identities, particularly to pursue deceptive online romances.

Normally I don't care about what others believe of me because I know who I am and I do not need to prove myself to anyone.

However

I decided to write this Take because I'm starting to get annoyed with this whole situation because a stereotype that I dislike is starting to form.

The stereotype is that no attractive/succesful person can't have an account here without actually pretending to be one of the two or both.

Well, in my opinion this is bullshit.

Everyone at some point in their life are bored and they are interested in killing their boredom with sites like this one.

So, to answer your question.

Am I a catfish?

The simpe answer is, no.

I don't use fake pictures or other people's pictures in order to attract attention from other people and more specifically the opposite gender.

I also do not state fake facts online just to gain admiration for strangers online.

Because I'm not interested in either of the two.

In my opinion both of these are actions are things that I can't explain why they are done by people and the whole situation is something that I consider pathetic to do so.

Of course I know that many people will still do not believe I'm real and they'll think that I do this whole thing for attention and they do have the right to believe that,but I am tried trying to make everyone believe that I am indeed who I claim to be.

So,from now on whoever wants to believe the opposite then I would just want him/her to ignore my existence on the site or just block me.

yes I agree with this one 100%, just because most people online are weirdos and full of 💩, doesn’t mean that successful, good looking people can’t be on here because they obviously exist IRL and in real life, we sometimes get bored or want to distract ourselves from BS of people who actually know us. Though it’s true I’m not as blunt with strangers like here mainly because I don’t give a shit about people’s problems nor do I want to waste time telling them to talk to a girl first or their pipi is big enough for their girlfriends

I have found over my years on GaG that a lot of fortright girls get this treatment - I find it strange as you say if you don't like, you can avoid - I have known a few of these girls and TBH I have always found them interesting and charming because of my non confrontational nature I often don't see this girls at their (best/worst) as I avoid the battle areas.
