Is it weird if a guys sister has her thongs and bras laying around all over the place?

so my bf has a sister, and they definitely grew up differently than I did. Sometimes I'll go in the garage, where they have their washer and dryer and obviously they have clothes laying around to be washed, so her bras are all exposed. but sometimes there will be one on the table under like a shirt or something. or like today I was in there bathroom upstairs and her underwear was on the floor in the corner with like some shorts and I saw a thong there too. and on another corner was her bathing suit. sometimes she walks around with a really right tank top without a bra.. my bf told me, and he said that its weird like he's a guy so naturally he will look. and that she wears spanks around the house. I would suppose that her parents and her are okay with it because she's been doing dance since she was little so she'd be dancing around in tights and really tight stuff. but I don't know I think it's too much. like in my family, I naturally hide my undies and bras from my brother, he's going through his teen years and aside form that its just weird.
