I'm meeting a guy for the first time tomorrow and he's going to leave for Germany in 3 weeks. But I don't intend to have sex with him. Would making out in a fitting room at a store be exciting, or weird, if hyothetically, we hit it off and the chemistry was good?

He's a guy from online. So I don't want to have to have to go to his apartment or something (that's dangerous) for a simple make out sesh. He understands that I don't want sex.

I'd say nay. Stupid idea imo. It's a lot more practical to do something like that in private. A fitting room is not "in private".
