Signs your GF is cheating on you?

Not being cheated on... not asking for advice... just wanted to know the (main) signs that your GF (or even BF) is cheating on you.

One of my guy friends old ex use to say she was going out with girls or working late a little more often then usual. Sometimes she didn't reply with texts and he would call and see where she was, she would always say "oh I didn't get any text!". She would always hide her phone from him. He asked me if I would do that in a relationship and I said I do have private conversation with my girlfriends about stuff that I'd rather not have a too new boyfriend reading since I am easily embarrased. But once I warm up to a guy and I can trust him and tel him whatever he can just look through my phone but I'd rather him be polite and ask.
Anyways back to the point: one day he got into her phone while she was in the shower and saw that his text were going through and she was flirting and seeing some different guys.

It certainly could. In and of itself, its not necessarily a red flag, but combined with the other things I mentioned... could be for building a case.
