Are there any signs that show a guy is cheating?

I know the cliche obvious 'staying late at work' and 'not being in the mood'

but is there a way to know he's seeing/ taking to someone else.

My my partner has been acting strange the last few weeks and I have a gut feeling something going on. I've asked him and he's denied it over and over again but something doesn't seem right..

(i know it's a bit vague but it's hard to explain.. just needed to vent a little and get it out properly.. )


any advice?

Late & guys night out = flirting and more... if you have actually SEEN him NOT working, gone there popped in instead of guessing in a mean way

He will talk to you less, be less supportive, get angry at you for no reason, take longer to text back, be "busy" and will act suspicious if his phone goes off when you two are around i. e. He hears a text tone but will NOT pull his phone out.

If he shows any of these signs... the choice is yours but if I was dating a girl showing these signs I would dump her ASAP

Age 18-24 and you didn't say 'husband', so it's easy to assume he also has other interests. And why not? Why don't you?
Dating is the time to discern whether it's a good match. Or not. Neither of you have any obligation to the other, right now it's just dating and getting to know each other.

What exactly does 'acting strange' mean to you? What has changed? Have you asked about what is strange?

Sometimes it's really hard to tell if someone is checking out of the relationship. A change in clothes, times coming and going, hoarding over their phone, always preoccupied, and sudden interest in social media, etc.

He says he's going to engage me next year and that he wants to marry and have kids with me within the next two years..

It's hard to explain, it's just a bit off. He'all say he's going to call me and he doesn't or he'all forget to text me or 'lose his phone' or fall asleep at his friends for a few hours in the night. He's forever on his phone when I'm around and when I'm not with him he happens to not be on his phone..

& sometimes certain things he tells me just doesn't add up..

What is going to change next year to move things along? Five years is a LONG time to go along and neither move ahead or wind down a romantic relationship.
You really need to ask yourself if this is what you want for the rest of your years.
Why is he on his phone all the time? From what you're saying, you don't seem very important to him - he's not paying close attention to you, he's just kind of meh.

Where is the fire in this relationship? The hot love? If you two aren't madly in love, falling deeply in love with each other, then what the hell ARE you doing?

Trackers are available to see where his car is parked. His phone log may look suspicious by call length or frequency. Or you could just say, "Tell me what's going on. I have this awful feeling that emotionally you're pulling away from me."

I'm not sure of what other signs there could be that I would consider actual evidence and not just circumstantial.
Unless you know for sure though, I wouldn't ask him about it. If he isn't cheating, and you ask him about it, it could forever damage the trust in your relationship.

See if he has a lot of texts to a guy name or something like that. It would be kinda weird telling Charles I love you unless Charles is his brother. Random going outs with the guys. If he does To much.

He's not smiling when he texts but he's forever on his phone and he says he's on Instagram. But takes his phone everywhere to the bathroom, kitchen etc..
and when he puts his phone down he always has it face down
