HELP LIED TO MY PE TEACHER IT WAS MY PERIOD AND NOW IT REALLY IS MY PERIOD WHAT SHOULD I DO?

two weeks ago we had swimming class and i didn't want to swim with all of those moist bodies and germs so i didn't bring a towel and i told my teacher it was my period (he's a guy) so he didn't question that, and i didn't swim. after 2 weeks now we have another swimming class and my period came for real this time. what should i do? i don't want him to know i lied. this is the first time i ever lie to any teacher and i am new at school. oh god... what should i do? i don't wanna disappoint my parents. he'll know i am lying too if i give him the same excuse. what should i do? please help me

um... so... i didn't simply get dressed into my swimsuit and there were many girls who had their periods... seriously like mist of the class and, he didn't even ask me why i won't swim.

Maybe you can say that you were spotting before and that you actually got your period now? I've spotted thinking it was my period and got my actual period within a couple weeks.
Or say that your period is irregular and it came back before the month had passed. Like some girls have said, it does happen.

Seriously certain birth controls can cause you to have bleeding for months. My sister was on depo Provera and she bled for 9 months until she stopped her injections. When I take it I don't bleed at all but if I miss an injection I can bleed on and off for almost a year or until I start taking birth control again. So if he questions, just say it's feminine and personal and if he sends a female p. e. teacher to ask, just give her some lame excuse about missing your birth control or something.

I don't know where you live or if this excuse will wash, but give it a try if it's viable.

For health reasons if someone is bleeding at all they aren't supposed to participate in school sponsored activities that take place in a pool, or any body of water. at least that is the case in California
