Depends. I don't cry often, so I'm going based off the few times I remember I have. Most of the time, it's very silently. Couple sniffs here and there.
But I have experienced the type of crying when it sounds like I'm gasping for air when I was young. Lol.

I voted E. It depends on who i am with. If I'm alone or with people who are close to me, I do sob a bit loudly (but not too loud). If I'm with relatively unknown people or those I don't know well, then i just shed some silent tears.
