I'll call back. If it was somebody I knew, I'd save their number. If it was somebody else with a valid conversation, I'll continue to what end it takes. If It's still unknown and creepy, I'll just tell "wrong number" and cut the call. It would be good for him if he left it at that. if he continues, I'll make sure He doesn't live peacefully for the rest of his life.

I will reply with who is this, and sometimes i keep the conversation going, one time some person i think a girl had a weird signature under their name and once we established how it was not her friend i asked about her signature, but she didn't text back! How rude?

id ask the number who they are and then ask my friends if they have it in their contacts. If that then failed i'd enter the number into Facebook and then google in order to get some level of information on it.
