What the hell does "Please enter a value between 2 and 50 characters long" mean on the optimum live chat form?

A value could be 10 or 23. That would be 2 characters.
1,000,000 would be 7 chatacters.

I didn't ask a math problem so you're wrong. I'm unable to speak to a customer service rep for Optimum cable because I get this message: "Please enter a value between 2 and 50 characters long" after I click submit which happens after I fill out my info about my name, address, phone number, and my question.
