Telling a female friend I like to crossdress?

Ever since I was little I remember there being times when I wanted to try on girls clothes and dress like a girl. I don't know why this is but it always been an aspect of me and something I have always kept private. No-one knows about it, there's been a couple of close calls but fortunately nobody has ever found out about this.
Keeping a secret like this for 20 years has been quite exhausting and it would be nice to be able to tell someone about it and perhaps have someone to talk about it with.
Now, I've got a female friend I talk about stuff with. We both talk about what girls we like, other fairly personal and private things and I think she is quite an open minded person. We've joked about crossdressing before but she doesn't know that this is something I actually really want to do.
Should I tell her?

I had a best female friend and I was afraid to tell her about my crossdressing then one day we were out going to yard sales and I finally got enough nerve and I said "we can talk about anything, right" and she said "yeah" and I said "I like wearing Women's clothes" and she said "yeah it's called crossdressing" and she was so supportive she took me shopping that day. You should tell her!
