Can you compliment a girl TOO MUCH?

I started talking to this girl and she's amazing. I've called her gorgeous, sweet, cute a few times already. I feel like I don't want to say it too much though? Do girls ever get annoyed from too many compliments? Is it better to keep them kind of special/scarce?

I really don't mean to compliment her that much but I really just adore her that much.

Yeah, unfortunately you can compliment a girl too much, although every now and then is certainly nice to hear! Just don't over-do it, or she may be a bit confused or creeped out, but subtle compliments such as "did you do something different with your hair today? It looks nice." or "hey good job on that speech for English" or something along those lines would probably be good. Good luck with this girl! :)

yes it can get annoying and make you feel lke the guy is just only into your looks and just wants sex. also it can look like he's desperate, has no personality and thinks if he flatters u enough he'll get what he wants.

Yep, if she is anything like me. I don't take compliments well. I don't always know how to respond so I change the subject. There is only so many times you can say thank you. :)

Yes, you can compliment too much. It would make them feel like you say that to all girls, or you just want to have sex with her, or you're just too desperate and she's better than you. Don't put her on a pedestal.
I personally like to give enough compliments to make the girl feel better about herself (Usually just 1, maybe 2). Once she's having a better day, I don't need to give anymore.

Yes. U can compliment a girl too much if you are assumed a shy guy or a desperate guy.
It's all under sub-consciousness, (I think it is a putting people on pedestal OR approval seeking behavior)
I have a friend, who also compliment a lot to a gorgeous girl in my class

It's sad that I have found a few girls who literally get annoyed by this. If I were you, I would find out if she is a bitch first. If you compliment her too much she may think she has power over you.
